Grant Tracker is the online grant management system for existing FCC Communities Foundation grants.

 

We are currently updating our grant management software, which means there will soon be changes to how you access our application portal.

 

EXISTING APPLICATIONS AND GRANTS

 

If you have already submitted an application to the FCC Community Action Fund, FCC Scottish Action Fund, or SWS Community Action Fund, your submission will continue to be processed in Grant Tracker for the time being. We will contact you in the coming months with information about transferring to the new system.

 

If you have an approved or active grant, please continue to submit claims and reports through Grant Tracker as usual. We will contact you directly in the coming months if your grant needs to be transferred to the new system.

 

NEW APPLICATIONS

 

All new funding rounds will open on our new grant management portal.  Please do not register on Grant Tracker as you will be unable to access our new funding rounds.

 

The FCC Community Action Fund 2026-2 and the SWS Community Action Fund 2026-2 rounds are now open on our new grant management portal.   Full guidance and instructions about registering on our new grant portal and accessing the new funding rounds are now available on our website.
